Our activity to date has been focused on large scale, mixed use regeneration schemes and latterly, urban residential projects. We are active across the country and throughout Europe, where we have been successful in identifying large-scale development opportunities, securing appropriate planning consents and delivering schemes ourselves or in joint venture.

We are now looking for further development projects which encompasses one or more of the following elements:

• high density residential
• leisure and retail
• sports and leisure
• office
• sites without planning or with change of use potential
• special projects – we will consider unusual projects in all sections
